Sipi is a fairy who hangs above us like a huge, ever-smiling, men’s fragrance-smelling umbrella. He can be called anytime, anywhere to lend a helping hand, and he’ll be there in an hour with one of his Transits for sure. A dangerously maniac car collector (the street in front of his house is full of his vehicles), a radio-control and model car freak, Sipos is a Swiss knife made of human flesh. Totalcar is just one job amongst his zillion occupations, but he endears it the most. Lives with a girlfriend and two dogs.

You must be a really dedicated trucker to pull off what this wheelchair-bound driver does on a daily basis.

Being confined to a wheelchair it’s hard enough to use a normal car. But what if you are a passionate truck driver? The cabin is almost two metres up and accessing it is a real challenge even if you don’t have a disability. But where there’s a will, there’s a way.

Luckily this trucker is not the only one using a wheelchair accessible truck. I have found a video by Andrew Meddings, an Australian guy who doesn’t just simply drive his truck but loads and connects the trailer to the tractor as well. And drives it anywhere in Australia.

He uses a bigger truck now, also converted to be wheelchair-accessible (I just love the logo on the truck’s door!) and still transports pools all over Australia. Andrew is not a guy to sit around, when he’s not out driving his truck, he rides motorbikes and does wheelies in the desert.

Could this be the ultimate VW Golf?

The Sportsvan is spacious, carries a lot of luggage, but is it sporty? Well, I was chasing a supercharged Bugatti with it.
